Why cant the install file see it? Was there a Windows 7 update a few months ago that would interfere with the scangear running? I installed the software and I can scan from my Cannon IR3300 using Adobe, however, the image will not appear until I go back to the scanner and take it offline again. I did not have this problem when the software was installed on a Win 98 OS and using an older Adobe version. I have no idea what ScanGear version was installed. The hard drive crashed and now we have Win 7 Pro. Also, just want to say that there’s some really great advice on this thread and help me to get this farso thank you all very much.

Now if I can just solve this other issue I’ll be very happy. Any suggestions?
