Torrent Antares Mic Mod Efx Download
Yes, let me clarify what I meant. I believe that despite the inconsistently-labeled specs, purchasing Mic Mod EFX from Audio Deluxe will result in an up-to-date license including 64-bit AAX. This is because (as my previous purchases have led me to believe) AudioDeluxe purchases licenses on-demand from the software manufacturer.

Places like Audio Deluxe and Don't Crack seem to have a bit of a problem keeping their product pages updated. I could be wrong, though. And if so, Antares has stated the upgrade will be free. AAX is not working on most windows computers in either pro tools 10 and 11., My recent reply from Antares tech support say they are working on a fix (for the last 6 months ever since AAX was released) and wont give a fix by date. For some reason Antares claims its only affecting 'some windows users'???
Their own forum is full of angry unhappy campers and they are not even addressing their queries, nor accepting new comments from new complaints either. I think with the problems they have been having with AAX auto tune 7, its my guess that looking for a fix for mic mod EFX isnt likely a priority ATM for Antares. Antares pointed me to an old link for a non-axx mic mod efx ver 1.0 4, to use in PT 10 until they have a fix.
The problem with mic mod efx has been. You are not able to select the microphone choices at all, as default only shows in the window and the drop down box (with the mic selections ) does not open., also many of the knobs are grayed out and not functioning. The only thing that does work is the tube saturation knob on the bottom. Actually, they do. It's right on their site.
(Even if you don't have one of the source mics, you can still fine-tune what you DO have. Uconnect Updates Download more. Don't be afraid to experiment with it!) The following is the list of the models that are included with Mic Mod EFX. Please Note: All trademarks appearing below are the property of their respective owners. Psl Display Thai Font Free here. Only Behringer is the XM8500, and it looks like the SOURCE and TARGET mic list is the same. (I was pleasantly surprised to see my Groove Tube MD1's in there!) Side note: no RODE NTK in that list either, even though I know a LOT of people that use them. In all honesty, I don't think I would have ever done this at full list price, but it was a $29 chance that I'm glad I took!
Perhaps the mic list will evolve? Here's the deal.is this going to make an SM57 sound like a U47? HIGHLY unlikely. But if it tunes up what I DO have (even though they sound pretty danged good already) it's still a useful tool, even if the 'modeling' isn't exact.
Especially at $29!! Sorry guys, I didn't realize I was linking to such a problematic plug-in.
I thought the problems were isolated. Hey no worries, I think I found a fix. Took a stroll over to the Antares forum, and followed the steps in this post by Zarabozo (I uninstalled the Mic Mod.
Then copied the installer to the C:/ directory and ran the installer from there. Rebooted and it now appears to work, all the mic models load up now. I had previously installed Mic Mod from an external hard drive where I download all my plug ins and software updates to.
Installing from the root of the system drive seems to have solved the issues. So, I went to Antarestech.com and submitted a tech inquiry about it. Hope this helps.
If we ALL contact them, maybe we'll get a fix? There's a pretty well-documented issue with this wonderfully useful plugin, at least on PT 11 Windows systems. Insert it on a track, and there is no mic dropdown list on either source or target mic. Only default. Close the session, quit and restart Pro Tools, re-open the session, then the mic list shows up. Problem is, you have to do this every time. There's actually a thread on the DUC about it.a lot of us took advantage of the low price on Audio Deluxe, and pretty much all Windows users are having this issue.

BUT if we have to jump thru a lot of hoops to use it, we might not use it as much as we'd like to. Thanks for your attention! Just got this from Antares: Hi Allan, Thank You.
We are currently aware that this issue is plaguing some PC users and we plan to have a fix for it in the next maintenance release. Please let us know if you have any further questions, Dont hold your breath waiting., I got this exact same generic response over 6 months ago:( But, yes, yes, yes., keep sending the emails to Antares support, hopefully they will prioritize the fix a bit more that what they have so far, as surely it cant be that complex that its taken this long already. Well I was just reminded why I don't use Antares anymore. I grabbed the plugin, threw it on a vocal track, for a mix. 95 percent of my plugins are UAD. Running at 1024 through my Apollo.
I have 16 UAD-2 DSPs 12 core mac pro, 32 gig ram. I insert 2 Mic plugs into the vocal channels. Seems smooth. Then I get the 'eerrrrrtttt' buzz so common a decade ago. Even one instance goes blubber. LAME As soon as I bypassed them, all was good.
Well at least it was only 29 bucks. I doubt I'll ever use it again or buy anything from them again. I figured after 10 years they would have figured it out. They haven't. I suggest avoid them.
